UK and EU RETURNS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, within the UK, a return for the item purchased may be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

In order to proceed with the return procedure, the law requires:

to return the goods unused and in unopened packaging

a deadline 0f 14 days from delivery date

RETURNS FROM USA

A return must be initiated within 24hrs from day of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNING ITEMS OUTSIDE THE UK MAY BE SUBJECT TO 20% IMPORT TAX WHICH BUYER IS REQUIRED TO PAY.

On FREE SHIP items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from refund. A restock fee of 20% will be charged if Item(s) are not returned to us in the same condition as they were sent and/or if they are missing any extras (dust bag, papers). Any parcels that are returned to us as unaccepted by the buyer (for example, International parcels where customs fees have not been paid) will also be charged for the return shipment and a 20% restock fee. Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through 1stDibs. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, Return shipping costs are not subsidised and may be higher than the original shipping cost. To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items. To the extent the CRD applies (if you are a consumer based in the EU), you will be entitled to elect to use either the CRD or the seller's policy in respect of returning a particular item. EXCHANGES: unfortunately, we do not do exchanges.

ITEMS LOST:

Items lost during shipping will be refunded ONLY upon " proof of non delivery" provided by courier tracking details against tracking number provided when shipped. All our shipments are always tracked and insured.
